Watch for young ghosts and goblins on the roads! Halloween is the busiest day/night of the year for pedestrians crossing the roadway in the majority of cities and towns in the U.S., and those pedestrians don’t always use crosswalks. Little witches and ghouls may even run into the road unexpectedly. Children are three times more likely to be struck and killed by a car on October 31st than any other day of the year, according to the latest federal highway safety data.

Be safe… SLOW DOWN, turn your lights on early, and avoid all distractions so everyone has a Happy Halloween.
